§1Controller
Week.end.film, Filmbyen 11E, 8000 Aarhus C, Denmark. Contact: film@weekendfilm.fun.
§2What we process
When you send the contact form or project enquiry, we process your name, email, optional organisation and your message (including the choices made in the project enquiry). The sole purpose is to answer the enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
§3How the message is sent
The form posts to a PHP script on our Hostinger web hosting, which forwards the message as email to film@weekendfilm.fun using the host’s mail function. The script does not store message content in a database or log file. Hostinger acts as processor for hosting and mail.
§4Abuse protection
To limit spam, the script temporarily stores a pseudonymous identifier (a SHA-256 hash of domain and IP address) and a counter outside the public folder. At most five attempts per 15 minutes. Files older than 15 minutes are deleted on the next request.
§5Retention
Enquiry emails are kept in our mailbox as long as needed to answer and follow up, then deleted. We have not set a fixed period in months; you can request deletion at any time.
§6Cookies and local storage
The site uses no tracking or analytics cookies and loads no external fonts or media. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage under the key "wef-consent" so the banner isn’t shown again. You can change it via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
§7Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (datatilsynet.dk).
